Story: Inside a dark, abandoned old house in the middle of London, Sally Sparrow discovers that something is very wrong. Her name appears in a message painted on the wall, behind wallpaper that's been there for at least thirty years. It seems to be a clue to something... and a warning. Unbeknownst to Sally, a malevolent force has gathered in the house, and it's watching her. When she returns to investigate with her friend Kathy, a man suddenly arrives at the door... with an envelope addressed specifically to her... just as Kathy is attacked.

As Sally desperately investigates, she discovers that the malevolence has targeted her. It moves faster than the eye can see, but only when you're not looking... or when you blink. Her only hope is a bizarre message from a man whose name, she learns, is the Doctor.
