Story: As the Doctor confronts his greatest charge yet, with no-one else to defend him, two caskets are drawn to the station. One contains Glitz, the other Mel. The Doctor learns just who sent them when the Master reveals himself on the screen. He is inside the Matrix, validating the Doctor's protests that the version of events as seen on the screen had been the focus of some tampering.
When the Master reveals the Valeyard's true nature, the prosecutor flees into the Matrix. The Doctor and Glitz pursue him in...and are drawn into the Valeyard's fantasy world, where danger lurks in every shadow.
With Mel's help, the Doctor must bring the Valeyard to justice and stop him from executing his evil plans. And if he fails, he may have to give the Valeyard all of his remaining regenerations...
