Creature Feature: Cybermen

Story: Victoria finds it difficult to believe that the TARDIS really does travel in time and space, but she soon learns the truth of the Doctor's words when they arrive on the planet Telos. An archaeological expedition on the planet has just uncovered a doorway which they hope will lead to the final resting place of the Cybermen, and perhaps some of their secrets as well.

Jamie is disturbed by the mention of Cybermen, and he and Victoria feel that the best course of action would be to return to the TARDIS - but the Doctor knows what danger could befall the team unless they stay. With the Doctor's aid, the expedition manages to enter the tomb, where they attempt to work out the function of the various devices contained therein.

Before long, members of the expedition begin to die, and the tomb seems more like a minefield of death traps than an intriguing mystery. But some team members are determined that the mission will go on, for their own nefarious reasons. Unable to leave Telos due to a sabotaged spacecraft, the team figures out how to enter the hatch leading to the tombs - and only here does the real danger emerge, when the dormant Cybermen are awoken...
